This Privacy Policy explains how Artem Riabets (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the PJOY mobile application (the “App”), a marketplace connecting performers (dancers) with companies and venues.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: your email address and name, provided via Sign in with Apple.
• Profile data: for performers — stage name, photos, city and country, categories, languages, and optional physical details (height, etc.); for companies — company name, description, venue details, and contact person information.
• Content you create: chat messages, photos shared in chats, and images attached to reports.
• Verification documents (KYC): identity/company documents you submit for manual verification.
• Reports and moderation data: complaints you submit or receive, including proof images, and block actions.
• Subscription data: purchase and subscription status, processed by Apple; we store the transaction identifier and expiry date, not your payment details.
• Device tokens: to deliver push notifications.

2. How we use your information

To create and operate your account; show relevant profiles; enable messaging, invitations, collaborations, reviews, and ratings; verify identity; process reports and enforce our rules; deliver push notifications; manage subscriptions and access; and to keep the service safe and secure.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that operate the App on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication, storage) and Apple (Sign in with Apple, payments, push notification delivery). Other users see the profile information you choose to publish, and collaboration partners see the content you exchange with them.

4. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete Account). Deletion is permanent.

5. Age restriction

PJOY is intended for adults only (17+). The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

6. Security

Access to data is protected by authentication and row-level security rules; private media (chat photos, verification and report documents) is stored in private storage and served via short-lived signed links.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your data. Account and content deletion is available in-app; for other requests contact us.
